Massage Therapy
- Massage therapy is the hands-on manipulation of the body’s soft tissues—including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, and ligaments. Performed by trained professionals, it aims to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall physical and mental well-being.
- Pain Relief: Alleviates chronic pain, muscle tightness, and tension headaches.
- Stress Reduction: Lowers cortisol levels and promotes relaxation.
- Rehabilitation: Supports recovery from sports injuries, surgery, or repetitive strain.
- Improved Circulation & Immunity: Can boost blood flow, enhance lymphatic drainage, and increase white blood cell counts

Alisa graduated from massage therapy with a passion for helping people move better, hurt less, and get back to doing the things they enjoy. She believes that every person—and every body—is different, so treatment should never be one-size-fits-all.
Alisa graduated from massage therapy with a passion for helping people move better, hurt less, and get back to doing the things they enjoy. She believes that every person—and every body—is different, so treatment should never be one-size-fits-all.
- Her practice focuses on therapeutic massage for muscle and joint pain, postural tension, headaches, stress-related tightness, and the everyday aches and pains that can come from work, hobbies, or simply life. She combines hands-on treatment with practical home care suggestions to help clients achieve lasting results and feel their best.
- Alisa enjoys treating a wide variety of clients and appreciates that no two appointments are ever the same. She believes the best treatments happen when clients feel comfortable asking questions, providing feedback, or simply taking an hour to unplug and relax.
- She is committed to continuing her education and is always looking for new ways to better support her clients and provide effective, evidence-informed care.
- Outside of the clinic, Alisa enjoys home renovation projects, spending time outdoors, and making the most of time with family and friends. She loves learning new skills, and somehow always seems to find another project that requires a trip to the hardware store.
